Bio
Monicah is the Group Director of Human Resources at NCBA Group Plc and has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Monicah holds a master’s degree in Business Administration – Strategic Management, Human Resources and Marketing.
Prior to her appointment as Group Director HR & Culture at NCBA Bank, Monicah held various roles and worked in various countries within Citi. She is a Certified Executive Coach (Academy of Executive Coaching UK) and was crowned as the Director of HR for the Year 2019 by the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) in Kenya – an achievement she is most proud of.
